​My name is Anaïs (Ana in Australia, easier to pronounce), and I am from the North of France.

At the end of my studies in tourism, I made the decision to go to Australia  6 months to improve my English.

It was 2010, and I never came home! 

After traveling the country for 2 years up and downby van, by car, by hitchhiking and by bus (and yes, Australia is big!), I finally decide to settle down in Cairns, Queensland.

Why Cairns you ask me? Well, because it’s the most beautiful place in the world (Just that!)

Since my arrival in Cairns, I have had the opportunity to work for several companies in tourism and hospitality (Reef Experience, Skyrail, Cairns Holiday Park, Travellers Auto-Barn, The Bay Village Retreat, as well as an agency rental of mobile homes (Apollo/Maui).
During my free time, I never tire of discovering this region, which is full of spectacular places.

On this site, I will help you discover the essential activities in Cairns, the good places to eat, the good tips, the itineraries in 2, 3 or several days but above all, I will give my advice for visiting the authentic Cairns, that of local.
